You’ll create nutrient-rich and satisfying meals, snacks and discover what pantry essentials you need. All ingredients provided.

No need to shop at a specialty foods store - you can happily cook vegan with ingredients from your local supermarket!

Designed to set you on the road to a healthy and sustainable plant-based lifestyle, we'll explore various ways to get nutrient-dense meals into your routine, how to start thinking about finding substitutes for your favourite dishes, and share tips on getting meal planning under control.

This is an introductory level class, but all experiences welcome.

By the end of the course, you’ll be able to:

- Create healthy, balanced vegan meals
- Experiment with ingredients to make your favourite dishes vegan
- Think about saving money and planning ahead
- Feel comfortable with new ingredients
- Better your cooking skills for no matter what you’re making

All ingredients included in course fee. Please bring an apron, dishcloth, and a couple of tea towels plus containers to take food home.

Note: Courses need a minimum number to go ahead so if we don't have enough enrolments a few days before the start date, we have to cancel. We'll let you know by email so please check yours regularly.
