The aim of the conference is for business employers, employees, and future hoteliers to realise the impact the global pandemic has had on the NZ Hospitality Industry, how the Industry has reacted and the steps the industry is taking to recover from this Global Pandemic.
The conference provides an array of panel discussions which consist of; Regional Managers, General Managers, Human Resource Managers, Operational Managers and Academic Experts in their field.
The panels will discuss four main issues highlighted that businesses face, offering an in-depth understanding and resolution strategies for; Hotel Revenue, Tourism Recovery, Human Resource Management and Health & Safety.
A series of questions by the academic moderator and audience shall be asked to the panel.
The purpose is to provide a platform where Industry Leaders, Managers, Hoteliers, Employees and The Community have an opportunity to understand how to recover from Covid-19 impacts on businesses today.
