We invite you all to be a part of this event where we immerse ourselves in the healing frequencies provided by our crystal sound bath and also, coming together to raise our vibration as a collective through guided alchemy breathwork.
• What is crystal sound bowl healing?
Sound is a matter of frequency, energy and vibration which touches every part of our physical being, it is not only heard through our ears but through every cell in our body. We use crystal sound bowls that are tuned at 432Hz which is harmonious to the physical body. There are many benefits to crystal sound healing, some of which include:
• promotes deep relaxation which helps with sleep
• reduces stress & anxiety
• balances the mind,body and soul (charkas)
• increases mental & emotional clarity
• increases blood circulation
• What is alchemy breathwork?
Alchemy breathwork is conscious breathing, only utilising the nose whilst integrating ancient locks and sacred geometry. There are many benefits to Alchemy breathwork some of which include:
• stimulates parasympathetic receptors
• increases nitric oxide production
• increases serotonin production
• increases DMT production
• regulates blood pH levels
• helps remove mucus from the system
• helps with anxiety or stress
Overall, this event is perfect for those wanting to deepen their connection with self or perhaps those wanting to unwind and bring balance into their lives. Whatever the reason may be, this experience is nothing but cleansing, healing, uplifting, replenishing and can even be life changing!
We ask everyone to participate in the guided breathwork session and then to relax whilst the crystal sound bowl healing begins. This event is suitable for anyone and everyone!
Price: It is $25 per person or $40 for a couple ( two people ). No experience is needed. Just come along and bring the following: A yoga mat, a drink bottle, blankets and a pillow. Also please dress warm as we are now in winter season.
