Starting Thursday 2 September CUBAN☆FUSION, Wellington's Cuban Salsa Specialists, will be starting up classes on The Coast, at Raumati Beach to be specific.
The classes will be taught by Rogelio (Roy) Carles Rosas, who now lives on The Coast and who has been associated with Salsa in Wellington ever since it started.. in fact, he started it back in the 90s... and who has been associated with CUBAN☆FUSION ever since we returned to New Zealand from Cuba and established ourselves in Wellington in 2005.
The classes will be run monthly on a 4-week cycle for the remainder of the year as follows.
Term 1: 2-23 September 2021
- 6:30-7:30pm Beginners
- 7:30-8:30pm Improvers
Social/Practice Night**: 30 September 2021
Term 2: 7-23 October 2021
- 6:30-7:30pm Beginners
- 7:30-8:30 pm Improvers
Term 3: 4-25 November 2021
- 6:30-7:30pm Beginners
- 7:30-8:30pm Improvers
Social/Practice Night**: 2 December 2021
No previous experience (for the Beginners' class) or partner required.

Repetition is encouraged. Upon payment for the term and moving to the Level 2 (Improvers), you are welcome to continue attending Level 1 (Beginners) classes free of charge.
Once we've added a 3rd Level (Intermediate) you are welcome to attend the entire night once payment for the term received.
**In addition to these new Thursday night classes*, Rogelio will also be hosting "Bring-a-Plate BYO" Social/Practice Nights on the 5th Thursday of the month (on months where there are 5 Thursdays), plus one after the last term of the year.
Location: The Scots Hall, Weka Park, Weka Rd, Raumati Beach, Paraparaumu.

Please note, these classes can only go ahead at Alert Level 1 due to physical distancing restrictions at higher alert levels.

If you are coming with a partner and would prefer not to swap partners in the class, please let the teacher know.
