Learn Meditation practices for a mindful, joyful, stress-free life. ~ a workshop with Mary-Rose Dias

Join Well-being Coach (MSc) and yoga teacher, Mary-Rose Dias, for this opportunity to learn and integrate meditation practices that will support you to live well in your daily life.

Life can be demanding, and it is easy to get lost in the busyness, the tasks, the fast-pace and the constant doing of our every day. Unless we balance the demands of life with tools and resources to support ourselves we can become stressed and even burnt-out.

This workshop aims to introduce you to several meditation practices that will support you to cultivate your inner resource of calm and live well amidst the demands of everyday life.

This workshop will be a combination of learning, discussion and lots of practice, and will include several meditation practices that you can easily integrate into your life. Mindfulness and one-pointed focus meditation (i.e. breathing exercises) will be covered as well as loving-kindness and integrative restoration (iRest®).

Our afternoon will close with a long guided relaxation yoga nidra meditation. This is designed so that we can integrate the tools that we have learnt, access our inner resource of ease and calm, and begin our week feeling mindful, joyful and free from stress.
