Easter is recognised as a very special Spiritual time in many cultures and traditions. So to be in the silence at a centre of peace is a way to receive of the inner blessings of this time, when we can rest and reflect on our lives and be inspired by spiritual insights. Easter is a celebration of transcendence and the joy of alignment with our higher self.

The retreat begins on Good Friday at 5pm, after an introduction dinner is shared with the others on retreat - allowing you to get to know each other. Silence begins from meditation on Good Friday evening until breakfast time on Easter Monday. With meditation morning and evening and a Satsanga on Easter Sunday, there is plenty of time throughout the day for reading, resting, gentle walks, meditation and contemplation. This retreat is suitable for both first-time and experienced retreatants, with someone always on hand should you need anything.

Delicious vegetarian meals are served buffet style through out the retreat and special diets are catered for.

If you don't yet have a meditation practice, you may learn Pure Meditative Peace before the retreat - a practical and very effective meditation and mindfulness practice - please enquire.
