EXPANSION WORKSHOP SERIES

DANCE UNMASKED

Saturday 31st July, 9:30am-12pm

A space to explore our shadows and dance, FULL expression, real, raw and unmasked.

Throw away our self consciousness, play fully, roar fully, stomp, shout, skip, prance, find your inner ape, warrior, clown, ballerina, express your sexiness, your fears your yeses and your nose :o)

Through sharing and exploration in a heart circle, moving to separate dance spaces, male and female, we will find our own full and authentic expression. Then reunite, let loose, fully embodied within ourselves, fully embodied in the space of others, weaving raw expression with sensitivity to our own and others boundaries. Emerge, ready to step into the world more fearlessly, ready to be more fully who we really are!

LUNCH 12pm-1pm Please bring a packed lunch or New World is a 10 minute walk away. Fresh fruit, herbal teas and chocolate will be provided.

MOVING YOUR MANTRA

Saturday 31st June, 1pm-3pm

Take some time and space to play and create your daily mantra through movement.

Bring your life experience of movement and create from your chi, your yogi, your culture, your inner child... it’s all welcome!!

We will begin as a group, warming our bodies with expressive play, then taking space on the floor for ourselves to receive clarity moving forward. Shifting in and out of smaller groups, we will witness each other in our process.

At the end of our time together you will have moving mantras completely unique to your expression, you will feel the power your body offers to amplify and intensity your words and intentions. Leaving with the knowledge to create more moving mantras for lifting your energy, changing unwanted habits and amping up your vibe!!

BREAK 3pm-3:30pm Fresh fruit, herbal teas and chocolate will be provided.

EMBODIED SEXUALITY & SHARING CIRCLE

Saturday 31st, 3:30pm-6pm

We are offering a tightly held heart circle, a brave space to be seen and heard, in your celebrations, traumas and whatever lives between! Your relationship and journey with sex and your own sexuality with an emphasis on how that lives with you now!

Moving onto our personal journey and an introduction to embodied sexuality (a combination of neo tantra and Taoist sexuality) and its potency for healing, release and pleasure. Finishing with an experiential dive (fully clothed) into embodied sexuality and some tools to help deepen your intimacy with self, your lover and an ever increasing experience of energy, passion and embodiment in daily living.

BREAK 6pm-6:30pm

SPEED CUDDLING

Saturday 31st June, 6:30-8:30

YES! It's exactly what it sounds like...cuddling one-on-one until the timer sounds then moving into the next cuddle.

Feeling into each other's energy, asking questions and replying with our bodies, with our energy, what are we noticing? Is there attraction to the physical, emotional, energetic or is there repulsion or neutrality? Our space will be held with clear communication, agreements, boundaries and consent.
