F.A.W.C! A Taste of Te Awanga

Featuring a contemporary menu of Aotearoa, this five-course degustation of classical influence & local inspiration with matched wines from Clearview Estate Winery will be an evening of complete delight.

New Head Chef Paora Robinson has designed a five-course menu that features kaimoana, vegetarian & dishes from the land and the Matt Kirby, chief winemaker will be on hand to speak to each of the Clearview Estate wines as you taste. All to the backdrop of live classical music and set in the rustic & hospitable Cellar Door and Restaurant, this is the perfect way to while away a winter’s evening.

The ticket price includes:
• canapes & bubbly on arrival
• a seated 5 course degustation dinner around the log fire with seating arranged by your group size, or a shared table option
• each course inspired by & matched with the wines selected by Matt Kirby, our chief winemaker
• most dietary requirements can be catered for with clear advance notice

Running twice a year, F.A.W.C! is a chance to get up close and personal with chefs and food producers, wine makers and the clever people that make up the New Zealand food and wine scene. F.A.W.C!
