Open your eyes to the natural world & plants growing around you! Instead of seeing a ‘lawn’, a ‘field, or a ‘weedy patch’ take in your surroundings with a whole new lens.

Build a relationship with a natural world that is overflowing with abundant, wild, edible, nutritious, medicinal plants. Learn their names & get to know them!

Join Felicity for a wander around Innermost Gardens to learn about commonly found, wild, edible weeds.

By the end of the workshop you will:
- understand the basic principles of foraging, including sustainable harvesting
- feel confident in identifying 10-15 wild edible plants
- know about their nutritional & medicinal benefits
- know about common toxic/dangerous plants to avoid when foraging
- know about the best ways to prepare your foraged greens for maximum nutritional benefit & flavour
- feel empowered to include foraged greens in your everyday diet

Walk away with hands-on, practical skills & knowledge that you can use in your own life.
The investment includes wild weed walk & discussion, a cup of herbal tea & a foraged wild taster, which varies with the seasons.

Reviews From Past Workshop Participants:

Highly recommend any budding weed eaters attend Felicity's foraging workshops, held in her fabulous garden, see, touch taste and gain knowledge on the nutritional value of each weed, whilst learning what to avoid. Felicity is a wealth of knowledge, extremely approachable and skilled at bringing a group of strangers together in learning. Here's a pic of my salad from my garden after today's session. - Vickie Chandler

I've been looking for a way to get more fresh greens into my diet and I love the idea of foraging for them. Felicity's Wild Edible Greens workshop was the perfect way to learn how to do this. She taught us how to ID easy to find, nutritious and safe to eat weeds and how to use them in tasty ways. It was also great to learn which lookalikes to avoid too! – Nicky Boughtwood

Felicity hosted a super workshop in her garden last Saturday. Thank you Felicity for sharing your knowledge and inspiring us all to continue foraging and being at one with nature. It was great to meet other like-minded people. Loved the chickweed pesto, dandelion vinegar and wild weed salad! Felicity has a lovely way of imparting her knowledge and her passion shines through. Makes you just want to get out there and forage forever! – Raewyn Howes

Thanks so much for today, Felicity. It was incredibly informative and you delivered the info so well. I can't wait to share what I've learnt with my girls, and make my own version of that delish salad and pesto! Love your work.
