During this series, we will be working on Pilates exercises that focus on fine-tuning your technique, working on functional movements, and challenge your body's ability to move well while maintaining proper strength and stability.

The series is a continuation of the Foundation Pilates series but all levels are welcomed as we have many variations to all exercises.
