Unwind from your week with a really good, deep, long relax. Join us for supported restorative poses using props to begin letting go.

Then enter a deeper state of release with a 40-minute yoga Nidra, guided relaxation. This practice includes breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to release tension, ease fatigue and allow the mind to fully relax.

Yoga Nidra, like a 'yogic sleep', is a powerful tool for deep relaxation and healing. As you recline on your back in shavasana, I’ll guide you into the state of consciousness that hovers between sleep and wakefulness.

It is a deeply restorative, regenerative experience for body & mind: some say that thirty minutes of nidra is equivalent to four hours of sleep! Everyone is welcome and no experience with yoga or meditation necessary - this is a guided practice, making it very accessible.

A Friday Night Big Chill - Transition from human doing to human being and slide refreshed into your weekend.

About your instructor Kasha Latimer:
I was drawn to yoga for mental & physical ‘space’ at the peak of an intense period at uni. Now yoga is like a best buddy – it goes with me everywhere & has taught me so much. One key lesson I return to on my mat is to slow down and remember we are human beings rather than human doings.

I've been teaching yoga for over 12 years and especially love leading this kind of slow practice that's so accessible and beneficial on many levels. I practice yoga through traditional teachings from Ashram Yoga 500hr (Saraswati lineage) and am influenced by my background in public health, fitness instructing, pilates and many styles of yoga.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
