Nelson Pride is extremely excited to announce our upcoming Pride Ball!

Glamorous, flamboyant, over the top, queer, here and absolutely fabulous, this is a night to let your freak flag fly and be your totally authentic self.

A lot of us wish we could give our school ball a do over. Maybe you wanted to take an LGBTQ+ partner, maybe you wanted to wear a ball gown, maybe you wanted to death drop.... and you weren't allowed. Glamboyant, Nelson's inaugural pride ball, is a chance for a do over, where you can let your soul speak through fashion, and bring the date your heart desires.

Ticket includes a drink on arrival, access to the bar and charcuterie and canapé table, entertainment from local band Lemon Juice, followed by a set from DJ Darkling plus entry into Best Dressed categories.

Nelson Pride Incorporated is a non-profit organisation dedicated to social events to provide connection for the LGBTQIA+ community in the Nelson/Tasman region. Any proceeds from this event go back into the community to support social engagement amongst the Rainbow community.

This event will be closely following a Covid-19 Health and Safety Plan. Tickets are refundable in the event of cancellation or illness.
