You're invited to a healing Sound Bath Experience where you will be immersed and soothed through the chakras by the beautiful sounds of crystal singing bowls and shamanic healing voice work.
We will use crystal singing bowls designed to resonate at the healing frequency of each chakra to move through your energy centres; clearing, cleansing and aligning your entire system. The crystal singing bowls raise your frequency and energy, and you will leave the experience feeling rejuvenated, energised and buzzing.
Sound healing is a form of focused meditation and creates the inner environment for your body to heal itself. There is nothing for you to do except lay back and enjoy the experience.
A study, published in the Journal of Evidence-Based Integrative Medicine, found that one session of sound meditation helped people reduce tension, anger, fatigue, anxiety, and depression while increasing a sense of spiritual well-being.
