In this virtual workshop we will guide you through a grounding meditation to first connect with Mother Earth.

Individual intention setting ritual in which we will use a sacred crystal to hold this intention, helping us to anchor this intention, this crystal will serve as a constant reminder of your intention.

Guided Heart Awakening Visualisation and Meditation Journey. Experience the healing magic on this visual journey where you will be guided into the depths of your heart space. Explore, play, feel, express, heal.

We will intuitively bring in our shamanic instruments, taking you deeper into your journey.

Allowing sufficient time for integration, for you to process journey, receive insights, tune into and connect with your body and enjoy the space you have created.

Completing this sacred ceremony with a Gratitude Embodying practice and Group Sharing. Sharing is incredibly healing and is a vital part of the Heart Awakening as it gives you the space to be fully seen and heard, offers the opportunity to use your voice and share from your Heart.
