Urban Yoga warmly invites you to a very special evening honouring our transition into the new year, 2021. A workshop facilitated by Lucy Hodgins & Laura Whiting. Our intention in this two-hour workshop is to create space for heartfelt desires & dreams to arise. It will be a time to explore and celebrate movement before peacefully slipping into supported relaxation.

Acknowledging the good that you already have in your life is the foundation for all abundance - Eckhart Tolle

Every day is a new opportunity to greet life with childlike wonder and curiosity. Every moment is rich with possibility and hope. Giving time and space to cultivate practices of authentic connection invite feelings of gratitude and abundance into daily life. Although life is not always easy, coming back to the breath and physical sensations help us to feel more anchored and resilient.

We encourage you, over the two hours, to gently slow down, to engage and listen to the conversation that the body-mind are always offering. Start your wellness journey in 2021 a with restored appreciation for life.

What this evening gifts you:
- Space and time to connect with yourself.
- Gentle slow-flowing movement to awaken the body.
- Yoga poses that cultivate strength and stamina.
- Facilitates internal reflection (helps to transform inner narratives).
- Nervous system regains equilibrium through a guided yoga meditation or nidra.
- Time to reflect and write or draw (we will provide materials).
- Cultivates wellness through gratitude.
- Please wear warm & comfortable clothing.

This workshop is suitable for all abilities and limited to 12 spaces ~ Bookings essential!
