Hypnobirthing Birthing Course (Empowering Birth) is a transformational workshop.
The aim is to provide tips and strategies to help clear fear and anxiety around birth and create an empowered birth experience.
We cover
1. Mind set matters
(and the importance of language)
Exploring "where I am at"
What beliefs, stories, memories do I have about birth and the type of birth I will have/want
2. Brain body connection
Brain is wired to birth
How fear affects birth
Pain/Fear tension syndrome
And introduction to techniques to help with this (includes movement)
3. Techniques to help clear fear and create an empowred birth perspective
- NLP strategies
- Affirmations (including how to not use them)
-Anchors (including essential oils)
4. Breathwork and Relaxation techniques
- Hypnobirthing script & self hypnosis
The next course is a weekend course begining 1st May 12.00-4.30pm and 2nd May 10.00am-2:30pm. It is held at Yoga Circle 26 Central Ave.
There will be a July intake If you would like to be informed or register your interest - please be in touch
Please note course is limited to 8 women so we can continue if we go into Level two. This means space is at a premium.
