Emily is a senior clinical psychologist who is passionate about working with women, children and families, with 14 years experience in various settings including Child & Adolescent Mental Health, Perinatal Mental Health and private practice. She is particularly interested in helping mothers to be mindful of their present moment experience and to consider their deeply held values and beliefs, so that they can best nurture themselves through the sometimes difficult journey of motherhood, with compassion for themselves and others.
Seonaigh is a mother of 4 and grandmother of 9. She is a trained and registered Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist so is especially passionate about her work with children and their families. Mothers have a vital role in the wellbeing of their families.
