Introduction to Gnosis 'The Path of Transformation'.

Welcome to the Albany Gnostic & Meditation Centre.

You are invited to join us once a week for a series on learning to know oneself through ancient teachings and wisdom.

Gnosis is the Greek word for knowledge. We must become investigators of ourselves to truly discover & understand the mysteries of oneself and the universe.

Gnosis is a spiritual school facilitating the path of awakening consciousness through the cultivation and study of our inner universe. This is achieved through investigation, meditation, comprehension, reflection and transformation. Gnosis provides practical tools to not only help one's self but all of humanity. The classes are teacher-led and include a talk and a meditation practice.

Join us each Sunday evening 7 - 8 pm starting on the 8th of August for meditation practice and a talk at the Albany Gnostic & Meditation Centre.

This is an ongoing introduction to Gnosis course, which is open to the public for the first 4 talks.

Talks include subjects:
The Awakening of Consciousness, Ego Essence Personality, Esoteric Psychology, Karma & Dharma

The cost is free for the community, however, donations are always appreciated to cover costs.

There are ongoing studies after the introduction classes.
