Introduction to Screenwriting

In this introduction to screenwriting you will learn the simple framework that all of the great movies we know and love are built on, and be given the tools to drive your own stories forwards in screenplay form. You will be invited to begin writing a short script that can be reviewed in class as we progress so that you will have a completed first draft at the end of 6 weeks.

Please note the class will be limited to just 6 participants.

Joshua Winger has worked in the film industry for 14 years and started a small production company in 2012, littleislandfilms.com, where he ran an actors studio, and wrote and directed numerous short films, before winning a scholarship to move to Sydney to do a Master of Arts in Directing. He considers himself a lifetime student of the craft of filmmaking and is currently developing a feature film.
