Aroha Music Society presents the Auckland based Jade String Quartet playing
works by Mozart, Beethoven and Russ Garcia.

This programme takes us on a journey encompassing three centuries - 18th, 19th and 20th: Mozart String Quartet K.458 “The Hunt”; Russ Garcia String Quartet; and Beethoven String Quartet #14 Opus 131.

Miranda Adams (violin), Liu Yi Retallick (violin), Robert Ashworth (viola) and Edith Salzmann (cello) - the Jade String Quartet who are committed to the performance of great music written by composers here in New Zealand as well as the masterpieces from around the world that make the string quartet repertoire so thrilling and inspiring to hear.
