JAFA Poetry Slam presents The Duo Slam

The JAFA Poetry Slam is proud to present The Duo Slam!

We love an iconic duo: Bret & Jermaine. Thelma & Louise. Rocket & Groot. So we are throwing our first ever Duo Slam where 2 person teams of poets will compete to be crowned the Duo Champions! Teams will face off in a 2 round slam but there's a catch: at least one of their poems has to be a group piece where both team members perform together. Don't miss the chance to watch a new iconic duo be born!

All ages show but the slam is 18+
Free snacks and hand sanitiser provided.
This is an uncensored event but hate speech will not be tolerated.

We will be following best practices to keep our community safe via the government's guidelines on COVID19. If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you stay home and take care of yourself.
