Jockey Appreciation Raceday: CANCELLED

We were looking forward to starting the new racing season with our Jockey Appreciation Raceday and fundraiser for the Ellie Stokes Foundation and the Salvation Army this Saturday. Unfortunately, this meeting will either be run as a closed meeting or cancelled dependent on Friday's Covid-19 announcement.

If we move to Alert Level 3 on Friday, this meeting will go ahead, but will be run as a closed meeting. This means that no spectators, hospitality guests or sponsors will be allowed on-course. The meeting will only be open to pre-registered essential workers: Jockeys, Trainers, Raceday Officials and Stable Hands.

We were looking forward to seeing you all on-course, however your safety and the wellbeing of New Zealand remains our top priority, and we will follow government guidelines closely to keep everyone safe.

Our Fundraiser and Auction for the Ellie Stokes Foundation and Salvation Army will be moved to a later date. More information will be released about this in due course.
