Improv Comedy At The Wine Cellar: Love Lamp & Jess Karamjeet

What?! It's June already, and time again for Love Lamp's unique combination of improv and stand-up comedy.

This month we are joined by stand-up comedian Jess Karamjeet!

Get ready for a funny, high-energy show combining stand-up comedy with short, funny (and sometimes inappropriate) improvised sketches - we don't know what will happen, but we know it will be fun!

Then, after you've laughed at us, you can play some improv games yourself! Everyone is welcome to take part and encouraged to join in the second half of the show, our open improv jam. Or just watch your friends - there is no need to take part, and no pressure if you just want to watch.

- Doors at 7.30pm, show starts 8pm sharp.

Will I need to participate as an audience member?
The first half of the show does not require audience participation. Everyone is invited to take part in the open improv jam at the end, but no pressure if you just want to watch.

What is this? What's going to happen?
An experienced stand-up comedian delivers three short sets of stand up material throughout the show. Each set is followed by Love Lamp's fast paced improvised scenes inspired by the comedian.

What is the "open improv jam"?
The second part of the show is a "open improv jam", which means we play improv games that everyone can participate in. It is a lot of fun (but don't worry, you can just watch!).

Are there door sales on the day?
Yes, door sales will be open from 7:30pm.

What happens if this event does not go ahead due to any changes in COVID-19 Alert Levels?
If this event is cancelled due to changes in Alert Levels, your tickets will be refunded at face value, exclusive of any transaction fees.
