Join Kanuka Yoga teachers Raquel, Carol and Stu for a day retreat at the beautiful Kula Studio; overlooking the stunning Western coastline of Muriwai.
Explore nature, deepen your yoga practice, take time to reflect on basic yogic philosophy, and enjoy delicious, catered food and drink throughout the day. Your pass will include all yoga classes and group activities for the day, catered lunch, snacks and drinks, plus a special goodie bag for you to take away. This one-day yoga retreat is great for yoga students wanting something a bit more special than a studio practice. With the extra time, we'll be sharing classes, lessons and experiences that you won't find in our regular weekly class schedule.
