Lisa Chandler: 'Landscapes of Loss'

Lisa Chandler has created an exhibition for our times. Often powerful and unflinching, at other times softer and more subtle, the show reflects on life in a world gripped by a pandemic, the climate change crisis and on-going conflicts. Painful emotions such as fear, isolation and grief are tackled but equally importantly, so is hope, love and community.

Lisa Chandler is a New Zealand artist who has exhibited both nationally and internationally. Her most recent show 'The Dividing Line' was at The Suter Art Gallery in the summer of 2018. It is now touring the North Island. She holds an MFA (Hons) from Whitecliffe College of Arts and Design, Auckland and has been a finalist in numerous New Zealand contemporary art awards.
