Luminous Vessels

Join 800 Degrees glass in another Creative Communities Scheme funded workshop. Here you will learn the art of small vessel making using various methods to form models, master moulds and imbuing your vessel with your own designs.

You will learn how to work with wax, investing methods and filling your moulds with glass (up to 1kg use in this workshop).

This is one of the last of the workshops to be held this year for Creative Communities and spaces are limited to four participants only.

Price is 180 per person and includes up to 1kg of gaffer lead crystal glass to use in the workshop. You will take home a small vessel to keep the following Saturday.

Please note, this is a 2.5 day workshop, the 10 and 11 is a full weekend from 10am until 4pm and the following Saturday, the 17th, students will return to divest their moulds to reveal their stunning creations and learn some basic coldworking techniques.
