Throw and handbuild your future crockery. This is an opportunity to enjoy your creative expression in clay.

Make the unique mugs, bowls, dishes, vessels you always wanted!

There will be demonstrations throughout the weekend, supporting students to explore a wide range of sculpting and pottery techniques.

This includes hand-building, using slabs or coils and throwing on a pottery wheel. There are 3 wheels waiting for you. All works can be decorated with slip colours. Firings and glazing will be done for you by Kairava after the class over the next couple of weeks.

Kairava, who will be teaching pottery and clay sculpting techniques, has been tutoring ceramic classes at CEAC, Artstation and Studio One for the last 16 years.
