Suitable for everyone, these walk-in classes offer practical methods to help everyone find inner peace, happiness and well-being through meditation and Buddhist wisdom. Each class is self-contained so you can drop-in any week. A different topic is taught every 3–4 weeks. Beginners welcome.

Current topic: Mindfulness - 4-week series

In this series learn mindfulness techniques that enable us to connect directly to a more peaceful mind and to let go of sources of conflict and worry. The result is not only more happiness in our own life, but we will also be able to bring benefit and joy into the lives of others.
