Our aim is to introduce the Nine stages of Shamatha (tranquility) meditation, one level at a time over nine Sundays from October 24th to December 19th.
There will be a brief introduction before each session with an opportunity for questions at the end of each session.
The whole point of meditation to develop a healthier relationship to what we experience while at the same time relating to the different states of consciousness with some sense of sanity.
