It's our winter special, Miso Making workshop.
Our culture has lots to do with seasons and winter is the time we make Miso together in Japan year after year.
Mashing soybeans and making miso mixture with homemade rice culture.
You can now experience Japanese food culture here in Marlborough.
This workshop comes with plant-based Japanese traditional lunch and also you will be taking miso mixture with you.
Or you can leave miso mixture with me to be delivered in a year time when Miso will be beautifully fermented.
If you would like to take miso with you, please bring your own ceramic pot.
