We're hitting all the right notes with some of New Zealand’s top DJs and musicians bringing the heat to a great Kiwi summer. Skate or scoot to the sounds, chill on the grass, or hang with mates on the basketball courts – Summer Session in the City features a tight line-up:
- Frank Booker has quietly built a worldwide reputation for incredible edits, and amazing DJ sets and vinyl releases.
- Samson Live is multi-instrumentalist DJs Sam Allen and Sam Jones with their unique house-funk experience that combines live instruments and vocals with heavy doof.
- Manuel Bundy is a soul, funk and hip-hop DJ, spinning tunes since 1987 and holding down residencies at iconic clubs across Auckland.
- Lucky Lance, emcee and 1/3 of Auckland’s Team Dynamite and wider collective YGB, is known for bringing the funk as a party starter.
