The New Moon is a time to begin new things and be spontaneous, optimistic, and hopeful. It’s the perfect time to start gathering inspirational images and words to create your board.

A Vision Board is a collage of images and words that you should display in a prominent place to remind you why you do what you do every day; images and words that spark your motivation and remind you of your values, goals, or dreams. It could also be filled with things that inspire you or leave you feeling happy.

In times of stress, it is important to remember why you are doing what you do. What motivates you? How do you remember what’s really important in your life? • What brings you joy? • What are your values?

This workshop will start with a progressive muscle relaxation practice to release stress and tension of the week allowing you to let go and arrive in the moment, be fully present followed by a meditation to remember and acknowledge your heart energy.

Shanti will then introduce you to the idea of the vision board and guide you to create your board and reflect on it. Together you create an action plan for attracting your vision in your daily life in order to step into more alignment with your soul vision, your values, your purpose, your focus for the next weeks and months.

This is a great workshop to attend with kids and teenagers and especially lovely for a mother-daughter experience. We offer 40% discount for kids and teenagers - message us to arrange.

What to bring:
- Scissors
- Glue
- Any images/magazines you’d like to use

We will have on hand materials - pens, markers, glue, A3 paper - but you are welcome to bring your own too. Tea and treats provided.
