Blowout Comedy

Blowout Comedy presents an epic night of stand up comedy in Queenstown at the wonderful Searchlight Brewery. This awesome night is hosted by cheeky and charming US comic Gavin Hews. Gavin has toured all over the country and performs regularly at The Classic Comedy Club in Auckland where he’s currently based. British comic Simon Kingsley Holmes is one of the feature acts. Simon organised and performed shows in Dunedin for several years before relocating to Christchurch where he’s become a crowd favourite on the scene. He’s also toured all over the country on various tours as well as appearing in numerous fringe festivals. Simon’s known for his smart but accessible humour delivered with high energy British charm. Headlining the show is cult Kiwi comedy veteran Dan Brader who’s a seasoned performer having been in the game since 2007 with several years on the Aussie comedy circuit. Brader is known for his sharp, caustic and topical material and his free wheeling and outrageous storytelling. He’s one of our hardest working comics and has been doing solo tours all over the country with one man shows since 2014. Don’t miss these three awesome comics plus more!
