Open Afternoon - David Warnock Medical Museum

A large collection of medical instruments and equipment are on display in the museum. Items of interest range from the New Zealand wars to the present day, illustrating how medical equipment and procedures have evolved over the last 100 years. The Medical Museum was established in 1980 by David Warnock, a passionate collector of medical memorabilia. It is administered by a charitable trust which was incorporated in 2001.
