Performance Town

Hitting the vibrant streets of Sandringham, Performance Town is a mini pop-up festival for performing artists of all disciplines: clowns, acrobats, dancers, performance artists, and more. There will be a range of performances, interactive live-art works, roaming characters, and dancing-painters serenading willing members of the public.

Inspired by the resilience of the performing arts community in Tāmaki, with a desire to offer them extra $ after covi lockdowns, and wanting to offer members of the public a chance to experience and participate in live-art making, this is a one-night-only event, kindly funded by the Albert-Eden Local Board, produced by The Human Agency, supported by Sandringham Business Association and featuring performances created by HighJinx Youth Circus, Dance Plant Collective, Siva Faiva, Circus Quirkus, Rewa Fowles, Rachel Ruckstuhl-Mann, Jana Moraes, Katrina Bastian, Hamish Annan, Stephen Bain, and George Fenn.
