You will love the Derby Car Teams Racing as Derby Teams race for supremacy. Can "Dad's Army" take it away this year or will it be the Dirty Rottens from Whanganui or the Takapau Terrors? Teams from Wellington, Wairarapa, Hawkes Bay, Palmerston North, Whanganui and Taranaki all determined to "Seek and Destroy".
As a bonus on Friday - Streetstocks from all around New Zealand will line up for the Manawatu StreetStock Champs. Holdens. Falcons, Jaguars, Valiants and all those family favorites from the 70's and 80's
Saturday night it's an open-wheel Invasion with the Manawatu Sprintcars Champs and Midgets racing plus the Demolition Derby Teams Finals.
The final Demolition Derby at the end of Saturday night will have you falling off your seat with laughter. Around 100 Derby Cars in an all-out battle until only one car is moving.
Gates open at 5.00pm so you can check out the race cars and their drivers before the action gets underway!
