Raven Mavens Quartette

The Raven Mavens Quartette will be bringing their own brand of musical magic to the Paekakariki Hall on 10 July 2021. The Quartette is the musical brainchild of Wellington singer-songwriter Cindy Muggeridge, queen of the boogie and blues on piano. What started as a duo with Marian Carter on soulful clarinet and sax, grew into a trio with the addition of Anje Glindemann, swinging like crazy on drums. The trio became the 'Quartette' with the addition of versatile virtuoso, Kate Marshall on accordion, flute and fiddle. Each woman is a singer and musician worth hearing in her own right, but when they get together there's a unique and beautiful synergy.  The “fun” of their music and the unmistakable presence of four female musical masters is what they will be sharing with their audience, when they play at St Peter’s Hall in Paekakariki.
