‘The Great Let Go.’
We’re back! This time Gemma Douglas and Laura Jeffares have teamed up with the beautiful crew at Crab Farm Winery for an evening of gentle flow yoga and breathwork, perfectly paired with a crystal bowl sound bath meditation and your choice of wine, mulled wine or tea.
Be warmed from the inside out with a warm beverage, fireplace, gentle breathing and movement.
Here we are holding a space especially created for you to just LET GO.
Be warmed from the inside out with a grounded meditation to begin, a nourishing, gentle and thoughtfully curated yoga flow then embracing a beautiful crystal bowl meditation, followed by your choice of wine, mulled wine or tea.
Suitable for all levels and stages.
Date: Wednesday 28th July
Time: 7pm to 8:30
(Arrival 6:45 to allow for 7pm start)
Investment : $50 (+ credit cards fees.)
Where: Crab Farm Winery, 511 Main North Road, Bay View, Napier.
What to bring: Bring warm layers, meditation cushion or bolster, water bottle, eye pillow. (The floor is concrete, there will be a fire going)
If you don’t have these available, we have some available to borrow.
