An intimate weekend for women who are in serious need of rest, clarity & nurturing. This weekend has been designed as the essential medicine we all need, rest, rest and more rest. Our intention is to create a space of recovery and replenishing where YOU are taken care of. The focus will be on the practice of Yoga Nidra, which is a powerful guided meditation practice, suitable for all, from novice to experienced meditators. We value personal time as well as healing time in nature, there is ample space in our itinerary for all of this.
The venue is in the beautiful setting of Little River, Sundari Eco retreat and Permaculture Farm, close enough to Christchurch so the travel time is not depleting, remote enough to be transported from everyday stress and hustle. The accommodation and venue is a gorgeous Kiwi style rustic farmhouse that has been converted to host small groups. Nature holds magical healing powers and this venue is surrounded by beauty and tranquility.
We also know sleep is essential for health, so we priced this retreat based on single rooms. If you do have a friend who you know would need this as much as you do, you can have a twin share option. We will not be offering a twin share for people who do not know each other.

Registration is by email & closes Friday the 18th June, a non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure your place.
