Come and join yoga teacher, Lisa Allan, for two nourishing hours of restorative yoga poses coupled with divine doTERRA essential oils! This class is absolute bliss and a luscious way to take care of yourself. You will travel through a selection of 6 - 8 poses, taking time to sink deeply inside each one. With each pose, you will be offered a beautiful essential oil that you can choose to skip, smell, or rub onto your body.
Your teacher, Lisa Allan, has been running these classes for a number of years in Nelson and is very excited to share the love with her new hometown, Christchurch!
