Biodynamic breathwork combines conscious connected breathing, toning, movement, bodywork, and meditation to assist in the release of trauma and stress from the physical body.

This work awakens the dormant parts of the self, bringing forth suppressed emotions so that they can be fully felt, expressed, and released, allowing for core wounds and traumas to be resolved and integrated within the nervous system. As these energetic blocks are released, life force energy is able to flow more freely, supporting you in the release of old patterns and beliefs.

YOGA

Earthing Yoga to ground you so you feel safe and supported for the journey ahead. This practice will restore and deepen your connection to Mother Earth, receiving her love and nourishment. Finishing this practice by connecting Heart to Heart with Mother Earth, opening yourself to receive guidance and wisdom from our sacred mother.

Heart Opening Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a slow paced, restorative practice, guiding you inwards and deepening your connection to self, to your physical and emotional body. This practice will focus on the heart space, opening our Divine Sacred Heart assisting in our journey home.

Yoga Nidra paired with our Shamanic Sound Journey to close the ceremony and enjoy the space you have created for yourself. To continue exploring, receiving, and releasing what no longer serves you.

SHAMANIC SOUND BATH

Introducing our Instrumental Family of Sound, here to SING YOU INTO ALIGNMENT! Our family consists of 2 Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, the Didgeridoo, Sacred Chakra Chimes, Phi Ratio Chimes, Solfeggio Mi Chime, Koshi Chimes, and our Elk Hide Spirit Drum.
Sound has the ability to heal all aspects of self, from physical ailments, emotional turmoil, mental congestion, and energetic blockages. The vibrational frequency will assist in dissolving negativity and blockages, opening and expanding the self, inviting in unconditional self-love, peace, and clarity.

CACAO CEREMONY
Cacao is so incredibly powerful in her healing abilities, she will support you and nurture, she will offer insights that you are ready to receive, and guide you through your emotional body, assisting you to feel and express what is being held in the body so that you can experience freedom, spaciousness, and inner peace.
