Ōra King Salmon who feature in all our menu offerings, have come on board with us to provide the most delicious cuts of salmon. We will also showcase the fantastic Dancing Sands Gin - the most awarded gin distillery in 2 years of operation. Known for making their gin using the clearest springs in the world. Each bottle of Dancing Sands Gin is blended with the water from the aquifer that feeds Dancing Sands Spring allowing them to make the best possible gin and perfect its taste. And back by popular demand, Sue from Over the Moon Cheeses will return with a new gin and salmon inspired cheese to complete the evening.
