Steady As You Go is a gentle exercise programme, proven to increase balance, strength and mobility, prevent falls and provide a valued social connection for older adults.
Includes seated, standing and walking exercises and encourages awareness of posture, movement and walking technique. You will need a chair for some of the exercises.
Run in conjunction with Age Concern Wellington and Active in the Hutt.
