Shamanic & Angelic Day Retreat

Experience unique Shamanic & Angelic sound journeys created to safely guide you through portals to open up other realms and connect with a spirit animal, high vibrational dimensional beings, receive messages of wisdom or healing or deep relaxation.

Shamanic Sound Journey
After setting your intention, this journey begins with powerful drumming of around 220 beats per minute, the optimum state to give your conscious mind permission to let go and drift off into a trance like state, this is supported by a guided journey to open a portal to a new realm. Your intention may allow you to meet your spirit, totem or power animal, or to connect with guides, faeries or other, loving, beings.

A single drum, accompanied by other shamanic inspired sounds such as rattles, ocean drum, flute etc., are played to deepen and enhance your experience.

Multiple drumming returns to guide you safely back.

Angelic Sound Journey
High frequency and vibrational sounds are played to help raise and expand your vibration even further, where you are guided to a portal to access and meet higher dimensional beings, who will guide you to explore the first level of this new realm. Here you can set your intention to meet Angels, Ascended Masters, Spirit Guides or other loving worldly beings to receive their messages and guidance.

A powerful gong will assist in guiding you safely back.

Combined Journey
After connecting individually with these realms, you are invited to a non-guided combined journey of both Shamanic and Angelic instruments. Within this, you are free to explore as you wish. You may wish to return to the Shamanic or Angelic realm, or simply drift away and relax.

What to Expect
This day retreat is a very powerful experience, where time is given to process and reflect on your experiences, and write about them in your notebook.

Each journey will be for approximately one hour, including the opening and closing ceremony. Space is given between each journey for reflection, lunch and other relevant activities.

What to Bring
Please dress in loose layers, as your temperature can change as the energy moves within you.

Yoga mats are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.

Also bring:
- Your drink bottle – is important to keep hydrated during the day.
- Your own lunch – sorry, but we cannot cater for special diets.
- A notepad and pen – important to jot down your experiences, some may only make sense after a week or more.
- A pillow
- A blanket
- An eye pillow (if needed)

Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately, cancellations will incur a 5% booking fee, however, you are welcome to send someone in your place if you are unable to make it. All we ask is that you let us know so we know who to expect.
