Singer Shane Hales found fame as the lead singer of the raucous Pleazers in the mid-1960s before he became one of the more enduring faces of that decade remaining a household name to this day.
Shane has released over a dozen albums and is still actively touring the country and playing to appreciative crowds. He personally handpicked the members of his ShaZam Band from the cream of NZ’s musicians.
Shane & The Shazam Band perform a full tribute to all the big hits of the 60's and 70's, including Cliff Richard & The Shadows, The Rolling Stones, Beatles as well as many of the great rock & roll hits from the teen idols of that amazing era Elvis, Rick Nelson, Buddy Holly, & Dion, as well as Shane's own big hits Saint Paul, Natural Man & Cuddly Toy.
