Botanic Sunset is excited to present SKY FEST!

Join us at one of the most iconic places in the city, the Christchurch Gondola this 29th of May, for an unreal party at one of the highest places in the city. The Christchurch Gondola has some of the most spectacular views, with a 360 panoramic view, going from the Port Hills through all Otautahi, including Lyttelton & Diamond Harbour on the other side.

The Gondola is ranked as one of the top attractions in Christchurch. The summit is 445 meters (1,460 ft) above sea level. It was first opened as the Mount Cavendish Gondola in October 1992. The address is 10 Bridle Path.

Party starts at 5pm sharp. After checking IDs at the bottom terminal, you need to show your ticket for check-in & we'll give you a wristband to then go up the Gondola. Here you will find local and national DJs playing some of the best House, Tech House, Minimal & Techno music. As well as different performers, but that is a surprise we'll leave for the day.

What does your ticket include? A return ride to the event for starters! You'll hop on a gondola with your crew to get up to the event. Six hours of fun at one of those parties for the books. Make history with us, this has never been done before in Christchurch. Tickets also include FOOD. You will be provided with a variety of canapes during the night ;)

What do you have to do during the day? Come enjoy with us! Get creative & prepare your costume!!! Theme is RAVE ON. Show us what type of raver you are. There will be prizes for best and most original costumes. Bring your BEST vibes and arrive on time to watch the sunset from the summit, and let yourself immerse in the music.

Doors for entry to the event at the bottom terminal will close at 7.30 pm sharp. Please arrive before this time to the venue or you will not be let in.
