Porirua City Council is hosting a series of social media workshops to help our local small businesses get ahead and make the most of the different social media platforms out there.
If you’re a small business owner this may be of interest to you, so check out below what we will be covering in the workshop. It’s free and spaces are limited, we recommend that you register to avoid disappointment.
Social media is more than just a platform to share your products or services. It’s a place to build relationships, make connections and be social!
Hear from four local business wāhine about how they have created and grown their successful brands across different social media platforms. Be inspired, get practical tips and ask questions during this interactive session where we will discuss:
- What’s your brand mission? Discovering who are you, your skills and strengths and the story you have to tell.
- Who’s your tribe? Finding the true audience for your brand.
- What’s your authentic voice? Developing messaging that speaks to your audience and builds trust.
- How do you look? Bringing your brand to life with visuals that best reflect your brand.
