Stand Up For Sign Language! NZSL Comedy 2021

New Zealand is blessed with three official languages, and you can be funny in all of them. Deaf Aotearoa and The Comedy hub are proud to present the 2nd Annual Stand up for Sign Language Comedy show.

This show will be performed by a talented line up of Deaf and hearing comedians. They will be performing in a mixture of English and New Zealand Sign Language. But fear not! The show will be ably supported by two interpreters, so whether your first language is spoken or signed, you will have a great time.

Come along and witness the gift of comedy, as it takes a wrecking ball to the reinforced concrete of mutual incomprehension. Or if you prefer, come, have a laugh, and help support NZSL and Deaf Aotearoa.
