Join the conversation about how we prepare for sea level rise and coastal hazards at one of our upcoming interactive webinars.

Register for this live webinar to find out more about our broad options for future coastal management; accommodate, protect, avoid, and retreat.

The webinars are interactive and will cover what we know about sea level rise and coastal hazards, and be a place for us all to explore the big question, “what can we do about it?”.

Tasman District Council Coastal Management Project Lead Diana Worthy and Coastal Hazards Scientist Glenn Stevens will be joined by leading New Zealand Coastal Scientist Dr Rob Bell to talk through climate change scenarios and answer your questions about how different areas might be affected.

This is one of three webinars we are running on this topic in late September and they will all follow the same format with the same information presented by the panel. However, the question-and-answer sessions, as well as feedback received, will vary depending on the interests of the audience.

Register now at the link above to receive your free link to attend.

Learn more about the Coastal Management Project and be part of the conversation online anytime by giving feedback and reading what others have to say at the Aorere ki uta, Aorere ki tai Tasman Environment Plan website.
