Taste of Waikato at The Red Barn is a premium five-course degustation dinner, showcasing the best of Waikato’s naturally produced food. Located in the heart of rural Waikato, this dining experience comes with its own touch of Kiwi style.
Taste of Waikato offers guests a relaxing evening in the beautiful rural setting of this iconic 500-acre heritage farm. Red Barn chefs will share stories of the fresh, locally sourced ingredients used for each dish, from the buttermilk of our farm’s dairy cows to the fish in local lakes and rivers.
Guests will leave with an unforgettable experience, an insight into the region’s growing food trade, and a real taste for the flavour of Waikato.
